Heather Mesa, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Heather is a proud Florida native with a heart for helping children find their voice. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and went on to complete her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at Nova Southeastern University.
With over 20 years of experience, Heather has had the privilege of working with children from birth through young adulthood across a wide range of settings—including preschools, homes, outpatient clinics, and Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers. Her deep knowledge and compassionate approach make her an invaluable part of the Kidz Therapy Zone team, where she specializes in providing thorough, evidence-based speech and language evaluations.
Outside of the therapy room, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, her three energetic teenage sons, and their lovable goldendoodle, Kali.
We’re always looking for passionate and dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of children. If you’re an Occupational therapist, Speech therapist, Physical therapist, Feeding therapist, and Mental health counselor who values collaboration and compassionate care, we’d love to hear from you.
