Kidz Therapy Zone is a well-established, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice (OT, Speech, Feeding, AAC) and we are launching ABA services early 2026 and our first daycare, Breakthrough Kidz Academy!
We are currently building our insurance credentialing panel and are seeking 4 BCBAs to join our Founding ABA Team.
Credentialing begins immediately
Caseloads begin in approximately 60 days (once payers are active)

Compensation & Perks
- $50–$75/hour (based on experience, leadership, and involvement level)
- Credentialing / sign-on bonus (paid when cases begin)

Your Role
- Participate in credentialing with insurance payers under our group
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans once caseloads open
- Collaborate closely with OT, SLP, and feeding teams
- Help shape ABA program structure, policies, and clinical standards
- Supervise and mentor RBTs as the program grows
- Provide services in clinic, home, and school settings
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- CAQH
- Experience working with autistic and developmentally delayed children
- Interest in ethical, modern, collaborative ABA
- Strong communication and teamwork mindset
