My name is Monica. I’m part of the front desk team and bring over a decade of customer service experience, along with a background in clinical office administration. I really enjoy helping people and love being part of a team that supports others every day.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about the arts—I spend a lot of my free time creating, visiting local markets, and even sharing and selling my own work. I’m originally from Cuba, and my roots have shaped my love for culture, community, and creativity. Lately, I’ve been getting into photography, and I’m always looking for new things to learn and explore.
